We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Jacobs to the Sportsman team as National Game Support.
Jess joined the ABN Customer Support team in 2012 after graduating from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture. Particularly enjoying getting involved with the Game side of the business, she relocated to Ipswich in late 2016 and took up the role of National Game Support for Sportsman, based in Bury St Edmunds.
“I feel as though I’ve firmly settled into the Game team, and since taking on my new role I’ve really enjoyed building relationships with customers. The best part is getting out and about to meet customers, there’s nothing like talking to them face-to-face and seeing first-hand how they operate,” says Jess.
Jess has always been involved in agriculture and the countryside, having grown up on a family farm. “I help out on my boyfriend’s family farm in my spare time, rearing calves and helping during harvest. I have an active lifestyle out of work – playing hockey, going on shoots and horse riding.”
Having been in Customer Support, Jess is an advocate of Sportsman’s commitment to providing high quality service to customers. “Every day, I work with customers to make sure that they have got what they need, when they need it. There’s never a typical day at Sportsman, there’s always a new challenge and I firmly believe that there’s never a limit to great service.”
